Welcome to the website of The History of Economic Thought Society (THETS), one of the longest established groups of scholars with an interest in the history of economic thought.

The Society organises an annual conference in September, and supports attendance by young scholars and early career researchers. 

Other Society activities include the curation of an online archive, occasional publication of book reviews on this website and representation of the professional interests of historians of economic thought on national and international level, in close collaboration with other learned societies and allied organisations.
